Fruit trees are dotted around, so help yourself. The good sized private pool is located to the side of the house and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There are large terraces to the front and rear of the house and a cabaña is located next to the pool which is ideal for escaping the sun and relaxing with a cool drink and a good book. The property provides private parking for a medium size car so please enquire. Pets are no longer allowed in this property. This private villa is located in the tranquil countryside of Estepona, yet its setting is still very convenient by car from all the amenities and hustle and bustle of the town of Estepona. Carrefour supermarket is about a five minute drive and the centre of the old town about the same. Estepona marina is about 15 minutes away. Playa la Rada beach, with its chiringuitos (or beach bars) is around a five minute drive or a 40 minute walk.
